I will help you take the guesswork out of your training and racing. From beginners to elite runners, I will use my training and experience as a successful distance runner and coach to help you meet your running goals. I will work hard for you to; start running, win your age group, set a PR, improve your national ranking, or climb the podium, I have the expertise to help you develop the running skills you need to meet your goal.

  • MS concentration: Exercise Science - Montana State University
  • PRs; 5,000 14:42, 10k, 30:06, Marathon 2:43, 2x finisher Bridger Ridge Run, 2x finisher Devils Backbone (1/2), RUT 28k, and Rim 2 Rim Grand Canyon.

Running History Analysis

 

  • You provide your running history data and I will analyze your training and racing performance! 
  • Two live sessions (Zoom) are required - one to review the data submitted, the second a comprehensive report is delivered specific to your training and racing performance to date. 
  • Your report will include recommendations for future performance.
