I was privileged to have good coaches early in my running career. This made a big impact on me as a runner, student, and as a person. It is my hope that I can pass on to those I am entrusted to coach many of the valuable lessons I learned.

I am dedicated to bringing an individualized training plan for each runner I coach. I believe each of us are unique individuals. I believe each athlete deserves a training plan that reflects who they are as individuals.

I have enjoyed giving back to the sport as a volunteer Track and Field, Cross Country Official, attaining a Masters Level USATF Official during my 38 years serving regional universities, high schools, and clubs.

With 30+ years working in corporate and higher education, I have served in a variety of leadership roles primarily as lead consultant and advisor to large employers and their worksite health promotion strategies.

In my free time, I share my passion to explore God's creation with others and guide them outdoors as often as possible, running, hiking, kayaking, and rafting. My wife and I live in the mountains of Northwest Montana. Our home is used to serve others, allowing them to get away and experience a change of pace in a mountain setting.

What gets me up in the morning? A strong passion to serve others by helping them thrive with their life goals and ambitions, setting them up for success and championing them!

It is a privilege to work with runners at any level. I enjoy guiding their progress as they train hard, then cross the finish line!
